Effective 01 May 2009 the Visa Section will accept applications from Mondays to Thursdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 nn (except Singapore and Philippine declared holidays).  The collection of approved Visa and passport shall be two (2) working days from the date of application (Mondays to Thursdays, 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm).

Applicants for Embassy services encouraged to come on weekdays. Sundays are typically the heaviest days for consular and labor applications.  On an average, the Embassy has received over 900 applications every Sunday since January 2009.  This is more than 30% increase over the number of applications over the same period in 2008.
