According to the Philippine Embassy in Singapore, they will be lifting the quota or cut-off on passport application effective 19 July 2010 except on Sundays wherein 120-135 applications will only be accepted or on special occasion.
The Embassy is also modifying the time period for passport applications. Filipinos may now apply for a passport from Mondays to Thursdays from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.
This is a good news specially for busy individuals as they can go to the embassy anytime and apply/renew their passport without being turn down due to the quota has been exhausted for the day.
