Singapore Police have arrested a 77-year-old man for molesting two girls on a public bus.
In May 2011, two 17 year-old girls were molested by the suspect on two different occasions whilst travelling in a crowded public bus along St. Michael’s Road. On both the occasions, the suspect had stood close to victims and rubbed his groin against their thighs. On 28 June 2011, both the victims lodged a police report.

Commander of Central Police Division, Assistant Commissioner of Police Tan Hung Hooi, commended his officers for their good investigative follow-up which led to the swift arrest of the suspect.
